“Convinced that a company can only develop itself sustainably if it relies on a win-win relationship with its stakeholders, we want to create an environment based on ethics as a key value at DIMO Software. Beyond respect for legal and regulatory standards, ethics implies for us: respect for others, fulfilment of our commitments, and honesty in the relationships with our customers, prospects, suppliers, partners, staff members… These principles are all listed in our Code of Ethics. Moreover, we have also chosen to institute innovation as DIMO Software’s key value. It implies rigor in our daily work but above all careful listening to our customers, whose satisfaction we wish. To ensure the best software innovation, we have also launched a Quality approach in compliance with the 9001 and 27001 standard requirements (quality and information security management). These values come from the “Vision” approach we carry out once every five years, which implies all the staff members, customers, and partners. For this occasion, we all get together to talk about common goals and ensure our common success. DIMO software affirms its social commitment by applying a responsible management. Our approach on Corporate social responsibility (CSR) exists thanks to real actions we are proud of.”

SOCIAL AND SOCIETAL CHAPTER :

CREAT EMPLOYMENT AND ENCOURAGE DIVERSITY

  • 30 recruitments opened
  • 8 disabled staff members (2.6% of our staff members)
  • Collective agreement for men/women equality, signed on October 22, 2018
  • Emphasis on the recruitment of seniors

BE A DRIVING FORCE IN THE INTEGRATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE

  • 11 alternant students and 8 trainees among our staff members
  • 31 staff members – today with a permanent contract – first integrated DIMO Software as trainees or alternant students
  • 6 staff members teach in universities or private schools
  • Our executive management intervenes in schools to talk about entrepreneurship

ENSURE THE WELL-BEING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS

  • Integration program for all the new staff members: welcome booklet, special meeting, and communication training…
  • Success sharing through a rewarding wage system (performance rewards, shareholding for staff members…)
  • HR policy based on empowerment, autonomy, proximity between teams and management

ECONOMICAL CHAPTER :

ENCOURAGE RESPONSIBLE PURCHASES AND SALES

  • We collaborate with sheltered workshops: people from an ESAT (a French working structure for disabled people) fold and put into envelopes our letters for the Forum DIMO. We sometimes mention this service in response to some calls for tenders (the company Gestform manages the scanning of the expense receipts for 15,000 Notilus users…)
  • We have added a criterion based on societal and environmental commitment to the selection process of our suppliers (Imprim’vert certified printers, caterers who redistribute uneaten food to charities…)
  • Document dematerialization offerings in a “0 paper” logic (supplier invoices, pay slips, delivery notes…) For example, 100,000 invoice photocopies saved each year by our customer Laboratoires Boiron.

 

ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Regular and multi-tool monitoring system of customer satisfaction: our NPS (net Promoter Score) is actually 71.
  • Processing of all non-compliances and implementation of corrective actions based on the principle of continuous improvement.

ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH :

REDUCE OUR ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RECYCLE OUR WASTE

  • Construction of new HQE headquarters (High Quality Environmental standard)
  • Use of low consumption equipment: energy-saving light bulbs, presence detectors, virtualized servers…
  • 3 tons of waste paper recycled every year thanks to waste paper baskets

 

Reduce the carbon emissions from our travels

  • 3,025 miles were repaid in 2015 thanks to car-sharing among our staff members
  • Teleworking: 200 web-sessions per year, videoconferencing, remote controlling…
