For DIMO Software, 2017 has been a year of successful growth in France and abroad.
Limonest, December, 7th 2017 – Publisher and integrator of management solutions, DIMO Software presents its 2017 annual report announcing strong growth in turnover, in particular featuring a 60.5% increase in its DIMO Maint business, which publishes computer assisted maintenance management software: CMMS & After-sales.

DIMO Software and DIMO Maint closed their financial year at the end of August with two-figure growth and results to match the development efforts announced in the VISION 2022 plan.
The VISION 2022 plan in a few words
DIMO Software VISION 2022 is under way and involves all 370 employees. The initial results demonstrate a strong development drive in France and abroad with key emphasis on our clients’ and partners’ satisfaction.
2017 achievements: a year featuring development in France and abroad
DIMO Software is continuing to move towards the targets set in its VISION 2022 plan, finishing 2017 on a positive note.
With this strategy as a course of action, throughout 2017, DIMO Software achieved the following:
- strong export growth thanks to its DIMO Maint business,
- an extended Notilus range (business travel and expenses management),
- signing of a new partnership for the Financial Processes business line,
- Salesforce certification for the CRM business line and contracts signed with the first clients, reassured by our more than 20 years’ expertise in CRM,
- a Business Analytics activity that is continuing to make headway.
Strong export growth thanks to its DIMO Maint business
2017 was fruitful for DIMO Maint, which attracted more than 200 new clients and benefited from the remarkable dynamism of its distribution network, especially in exports. It is important to emphasise that export sales account for more than 47% of orders taken and that international key accounts continue to do business with DIMO Maint.
Today, DIMO Maint is a major player on the global CMMS Mid-Market with more than 4,000 clients, 1,500 projects led internationally and a network of 150 partners worldwide.
The outlook for 2018 is already promising with:
- enthusiasm for the full SaaS new Generation DIMO Maint MX CMMS that is continuing to be functionally enhanced,
- the launch of new DIMO Maint OM software, conceived of and designed by the creators of OptiMaint,
- the signing of new distribution partnerships in Asia,
- the market launch of the new CMMS connector DIMO Maint Sage 300,
- the growth prospects offered by the creation of the DIMO Inc. subsidiary based in Canada and the dynamism of its increasingly large distributor partner network in North America and South America,
- the new version of DIMO Maint Services incorporating the new geolocation and technician rounds optimisation features.
An extended Notilus range (business travel and expense management)
The Notilus range has been supplemented with the Notilus YourWay module that provides comprehensive management of the vehicle fleet. With this new feature, Notilus now offers a platform that manages all employee travel—the first of its kind worldwide.
Notilus is going even further to support companies by offering them software to manage their vehicle fleet, easily surpassing the standard Excel file. Incorporated in the Notilus suite, this new solution dedicated to fleets of above 50 vehicles offers an overview of the fleet and centralises all the data necessary for its management.
Signing of a new partnership for the Financial Processes business line
In July, DIMO Software signed a partnership with Qweeby, whose know-how in terms of paperless billing is well-known.
With the Qweeby solution, electronic PDF invoices are converted directly from the issuer’s billing tool and sent to their recipient in the format in which they wish to receive them: signed PDF, EDI, Chorus, interoperability… Implementation is simple, fast, totally secure and compliant with tax requirements.
The new partnership signed between the two stakeholders enables DIMO Software to extend and strengthen its scope of action surrounding its client workstation management and financial process paperless solutions.
Salesforce certification for the CRM business line
DIMO Software is strengthening its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) business by becoming a partner of Salesforce, the global leader in CRM solutions.
This certification and upskilling for Salesforce fits in perfectly with the DIMO Software strategy. It also responds to demand and enables us to supplement the DIMO Software range of CRM solutions intelligently, as well as to support certain clients with the rollout of their projects.
A Business Analytics activity continuing to make headway
DIMO Software obtained Elite status from the publisher Qlik and, in September, received the IBM partner awardfor the IBM Cognos Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos Analytics solutions.
These stronger relationships place DIMO Software in pole position among IBM and Qlik partners.
DIMO Software is innovating for its clients in terms of Datavisualisation and Reporting and is offering contribution solutions to simplify budgetary processes, payroll simulation and the consolidation of any other type of simulation. These solutions are fast and easy to implement. Connection with the management systems used by clients is made possible thanks to innovative technologies.
“Despite a slowdown in our business for 4 months from March to June, our turnover has increased by 14.2% (8% like for like) and our new financial year is starting at the same pace.
The two acquisitions made over the previous year are not without influence on this result. CashOnTime, a debt collection solution that was acquired in Canada in June 2016 has found its place on the French market with many great contracts. This dynamic has led to us expanding our teams. We have 25 positions to fill as soon as possible,” remarks Jean-Paul Genoux, DIMO Software Managing Director.
