Created in 1995, the company DIMO Gestion has experienced twenty years of development and strong growth and became DIMO Software in 2015.

 

A HUMAN ADVENTURE INITIATED BY 6 FOUNDING PARTNERS

In 1995, the Rhône-Alpes agency of CERG Finance was taken over by its employees, experts in administrative and financial management: they created DIMO Gestion near Lyon (Limonest). Nowadays, the 6 founding partners are still working at DIMO Software and hold a position in the operational management.

DIMO Software… is first of all an exceptional human adventure which steers us to give the best of ourselves. Daring, renewing, moving forward to self-fulfilment towards a common goal is a constant pleasure.

Very quickly, the 6 co-founders, were joined by Hervé Balzan (CRM Product manager), Hélène Charlier (Support and Quality manager), and Christian Petit (Technical manager) to create the strategic committee of DIMO Gestion.

2015: THE YEAR OF GREAT CHANGES

In 2015, DIMO Software celebrated its 20 years and decided to change its name to strengthen its international ambitions. DIMO Gestion is now… DIMO Software.

A year which has been marked by changes: name change, new visual identity, removal to new headquarters, new website, agency in Toronto, new offering dedicated to car fleet management…

1995 – 2016: 21 YEARS OF GROWTH

In 21 years, DIMO Gestion has experienced a strong growth boosted by the launch of new activities, takeovers and opening of new agencies.

  • 2014

    Launch of the GEC suite, new generation, including GEC Connect (generator of accounting records) and GEC Vision (automatic processing of customer payments).
    The “Dematerialization and Process” business unit became publisher of Supply-Link, a supplier portal solution.

  • 2013

    DIMO Gestion announced the launch of two new solutions published by the company:
    - DIMO Pouvoirs, unique solution dedicated to banking delegations
    - PhoneFleet, solution for the analysis and optimization of fixed and wireless telephony expenses

  • 2012

    DIMO Gestion announced the distribution of CashOnTime for debt monitoring and recovery procedures.
    The Maintenance business unit extended its expertise with the takeover of a Customer Service Management solution.
    The offering, which is dedicated to Human Resources enriched with the commercialization of:
    - PAGGA, dematerialization of electronic pay slips
    - POPLEE, interactive staff files

  • 2011

    Opening of an agency in Spain, in Madrid
    DIMO Gestion became integrator of the business intelligence solution QlikView.

  • 2010

    DIMO Gestion took over two companies:
    - AXC, publisher of NDF Systems (Business Travel & Expenses)
    - Yellowstone Software, publisher of the YellowBox CRM and based in Bidart (south-west of France).

  • 2009

    DIMO Gestion took over ITECH International and thus strengthened its CMMS activity.

  • 2008

    A new unit of expertise dedicated to “Dematerialization and Process” saw the light of day.
    The unit dedicated to semi-accounting solutions diversified its product offer with FIGGO, a management solution for leave and absences.

  • 2006

    DIMO Gestion published the solution GEC Lettrage for the automatic processing of customer payments.

  • 2003

    The Business Intelligence unit offered a new solution dedicated to budget preparation and simulation.

  • 2002

    DIMO Gestion took over the company CIRIS, specialized in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

  • 1998

    Opening of an agency in Paris
    DIMO Gestion passed the 1,000 customers milestone
    Launch of the Business Intelligence activity.

  • 1997

    DIMO Gestion extended its offering with the publishing of Notilus (Business Travel & Expenses) and GEC Compta (generator of accounting records). The company also entered the CRM market (Customer Relationship Management).
